Course abstract:
This course was developed to provide OT and OTAs with obtainable goals for professional growth based on their interests, career path, and work setting. This course reviews certification and clinical growth options, leadership opportunities, and other ideas and strategies to improve skills needed to meet goals.

Course Objectives: 
Identify OT and OTA certification options based on clinical interests
Discuss leadership opportunities available no matter what seat you have within their current company
Describe tangible ways to map out a professional growth plan individualized to their career goals

Speaker description:
Wendy has been an OTA for over 23 years working with pediatric and geriatric populations in various settings. She is the Campus Relations Liaison for TMC a therapy contract company, Content Expert for Kalogon -a smart seating company, and Kombucha & OT Podcast Host.
