• We supply a table (Size) and 2 chairs for you to create a tabletop display.
• Please provide your own table coverings and displays. 6 or 8 feet in length, we will notify you of your booth size and number by Oct 15.
  
• We will have an onsite exhibitor lounge/storage room to leave any valuables overnight. However, you are welcome to leave any materials on or under your table during the event.

Shipping to Venue:

If you are flying in or if you are providing items to be included in our Conference Attendee Tote/Packet you can ship to our venue.

• FOTA Eblast Banner: Provide a graphic 728x90px. We will use this to send eblasts to our subscribers. Eblasts will be sent throughout the year up to next October 2023.
• Sponsor/Exhibitor Social Media Posts - We send a welcome to FOTA22 Exhibitor Post when you sign up. Additional posts are sent throughout the year up to next October 2023. Can be a URL or an Instagram sized graphic. Instagram posts are square.  The ideal size for square posts is 1080px by 1080px at a 1:1 aspect ratio. If you send the graphic we will post on IG/TWITTER/FB, otherwise, just your URL link will go on Facebook.

• We host coffee and water stations in the expo hall to bring in traffic.
• Lunch - we offer box lunches that will be picked up in the expo hall. You can purchase your lunch below.
• Raffle Drawings: We will host live raffle drawings periodically in the expo hall.
• UNOPPOSED BREAK TIMES: These are the unopposed times that are optimal booth traffic times.

• 10 min break times: 8:50, 9:50, 10:50, 1:50, 2:50, 3:50
• Lunch break: 12:00 - 1:00 (attendees will pick up box lunch in the expo hall/cafeteria)
• SUNDAY, November 6

• 11:00 am - there is a business meeting from 11-12, not everyone attends and no other sessions are during that time. 
• Lunch break: 12:00 - 1:00 (attendees will pick up box lunch in the expo hall/cafeteria)

• Booth Coverage: Attendees have access to your booths via the EXPO hall during the entire conference:

• Saturday, November 5: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  Sunday, November 6: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

FOTA22 Scholarship Fund Raffles

• Each year we hold raffles throughout the event to help fund our student scholarship fund. This is an additional way to advertise your business and help support FOTA. Some examples of past items are: products,  Amazon / Starbucks gift cards, gift baskets, etc. If you are interested in participating in this, please bring your raffle item with your business card and note attached for any instructions or announcements during the drawing. 
• You are also allowed to also host your own raffle to help increase traffic to your booth. 

Attending Conference for CEs

If you are a sponsor or exhibitor who is attending conference for CES, we offer a discounted conference registration. Please contact us so that we can provide a discount code prior to your registration.
